Phase 1: Activating Your Gmail Account

Phase 2: Logging into Your Student Information Portal (SIP)

By following these straightforward steps, you'll be able to unlock your UEW Portal and gain access to a wealth of information and resources tailored to your academic journey.

Phase 1 

1. Lunch your Gmail App on your mobile device.

2. Tap on your profile picture/icon.

3. Tap on add another account

4. Choose Google as the email provider.

5. Enter your institutional email address (YourIndexNumber@st.uew.edu.gh) for example: 123456789@st.uew.edu.gh and tap on Next

6. Enter the password to proceed. (UEW+YourIndexNumber). For example: UEW123456789

7. Tap on "I understand": acknowledge the terms and conditions and tap on next.

8. Create a strong password for your account and tap on enter and press on Next.

9. Tap on "I agree" to the terms and conditions. 

Phase 2

1. Download students information portal (SIP) on Google play Store or Apps Store.

2. Lunch the students information portal (SIP) App and enter your email (YourIndexNumber@st.uew.edu.gh) for example 123456789@st.uew.edu.gh.

3. Enter your password you created in phase 1 step 8

Note: If you encounter an incorrect password error, follow these steps:

• Tap "Forgot password."
• Enter your email address again.
• A reset link will be sent to your email.
• Open the email, check your inbox, and change your password.
• Return to the app and enter your new password.
